Not Enough Basic Information

Ultimately, it should come down to
Yes or no.
Do we hold you, or let you go?
But

There is a lot to evaluate, and again
I wonder;

Why aren’t you telling us more?
What was she really like?
And what happened there at the end?

All that is like an iceberg
Of your own inner carving,
Shaping the sharp edge that we see
But never itself revealed;

There is not enough basic information.

Oh,
Probably you loved her, probably fought with her
Sometimes.
What is it that makes us want to
Hurt each other?
But this line of questioning
Ended in failure.

And why not explain?
You won't be giving away
The meaning,
Revealing the final nature
Of, anything.
There is enough mystery in everything,
Even fully explained,
For endless speculation.
